Paperwork
The processing office is situated on the right side of Helvetia Farm Market. You'll be welcomed by a processor who will guide you through filling out any necessary paperwork if it wasn't completed before your appointment.
Once your order is ready
Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a phone call notifying you. For customers living at a distance, we can also give you a heads-up call when we're nearing completion of your order.
Parking
Upon arrival, you may park in any available parking space. If you arrive with a trailer, please park it out of the way of market customers, bearing in mind that there will likely be no customers early in the morning.
Unloading
You'll receive instructions on where to drop off your birds, and if assistance is needed, someone will be on hand to help. If you leave your crates, they'll be conveniently positioned at the front for easy retrieval when you return to pick up your birds.
Payment
Payment will be processed at the time of pickup, and we accept cash, card, and check payments.
